| This is the manual for the component **SMAP relatedness umap** of the SMAP package.  
| **SMAP relatedness umap** creates a Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection heatmap (umap) based on multi-allelic haplotypes generated by **SMAP haplotype-sites** or **SMAP haplotype-window**.
